關於
正山小種，也可稱為熏茶，被稱為紅茶鼻祖。與其他茶葉不同的是，正山小種是用松菸熏製而成的茶葉，具有與眾不同的松菸香，茶湯明亮橙黃，茶香濃郁。
正山小種產地在福建省武夷山市桐木關。茶葉呈黑色，條形緊索，但茶湯為深紅色，有特有的桂圓湯味。正山小種紅茶非常適合於咖喱和肉的菜餚搭配。後來在正山小種的基礎上發展了功夫紅茶。
